Fashion has achieved a pioneering place in our society. In the area of Fashion Design, through the creation of products, services and systems, you will find the tools to intervene in the different challenges of this industry. Acting between the rules established by the market and new disruptive strategies, you will have the opportunity to explore connections with the community and express your identity. You will be able to design projects with purpose, sustainable and capable of questioning circularity processes, contributing to a fairer, more inclusive and responsible society. In a commitment between ideating and doing, consolidated by critical skills, manual techniques and digital processes, we challenge you to join a new generation of Design professionals capable of activating alternative practices and ways of thinking.
Profile
Objectives
- Create dynamic learning environments, enhancing different expressions of identity and modes of action and stimulating critical thinking and autonomy.
- Develop different methodological, reflective and contextual approaches, introducing the debate on different scenarios and actors in the Fashion system.
- Provide laboratory project practice based on drawing and materialization in the studio.
- Cultivate an ethical and critical approach, valuing knowledge of history and heritage and awareness of the challenges for the future.
- Promote civic and design participation attentive to sustainability and local and global dynamics.
