Emanuele Colombo is an Italian motion designer. He graduates from the University of Milan with a degree in Audio-Visual Communications in 2008, and shortly thereafter he starts working in video production and post production.

He works as a freelance motion designer since 2001, with some big international companies such as MTV Networks Europe, Discovery Channel Italia , ESPN, Saatchi&Saatchi, Ogilvy&Mathers, Adobe Italy, LeoBurnett, Epipheo, Visual.ly, Condè Nast, Kompost, Lowe and Partners, Sudler & Hennessey, SixToes. He also works at Antimatter studio.

Antimatter is a motion design studio where selected talents work together to produce high end animations and great stories. Their mission is to explain ideas, provoke emotions, rise interest and engage the public.

Emanuele Colombo is at ESAD with his studio, Antimatter, within the Post-graduate Course in Motion Design, conducting a workshop and artist residence, from 11 a 13 September.
