Soraia Marques has a degree and a master’s in Interior Design from ESAD. In 2019 she opened the coworking space Building Connections, where she is the CEO, creative director and curator of the event “The Creators Club” which, through conferences, concerts, exhibitions or workshops, supports and promotes artists from the local community.

In 2021, she founded Studio Terracota, dedicated to Interior Design and focused on rehabilitating and recreating spaces. She is currently a lecturer on ESAD’s master’s programme in Interior Design, introducing a new course that studies materials in all their aspects. Since 2022, she has also been collaborating with esad—idea on the “Materials Library” project, following on from the course she teaches. At the same time, she is also a Surf instructor.
