Filipa Vilares has a degree in Digital Arts and Multimedia from ESAD and is currently studying for a Master's degree in Image Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. She began her professional career in 2015 in the areas of photography and video, including work for a number of exhibitions. She began teaching through Movimento Transformers in 2015. She previously taught at ISTEC Porto and currently teaches at ESAD.

Filipa Vilares focuses on imparting not only technical knowledge, but also the passion and artistic vision that drive these dynamic areas. At the same time, she constantly seeks to expand her horizons in the arts and audiovisuals, studying and analyzing emerging trends.
