ESAD welcomed its new undergraduate students at an opening ceremony for the 2024-2025 academic year, the highlight of which was a lecture by London-based fashion design duo Marques'Almeida.

Marta Marques and Paulo Almeida framed the welcome session, held in ESAD's auditorium, in the best possible way, reminding future designers that all forms of design intersect in entrepreneurship and branding, giving Marques'Almeida's own path to success as an example.

"We've always developed our projects in the sense of Community, the same path that ESAD endeavours to follow", concluded Marta Marques.
