The partnership with the Industrial Design area of esad-idea, started in 2017, allows Metro do Porto to ensure greater comfort and safety in travel, both for passengers and drivers.
Between 10 and 14 February 2023, the new Metro do Porto was revealed to the public for the first time at Trindade station. Students and teachers visited the third generation of vehicles and participated in a survey-questionnaire to determine customer satisfaction.
