Every year, new students arrive at ESAD with expectations, doubts and a desire to find their place. The Par a Par mentoring programme invites our students to support them as they embark on this journey.

Being a mentor is an opportunity to make a difference to the experience of new students, whilst developing communication, empathy and teamwork skills that will serve you well far beyond your academic life.

You’ll have access to training and support, which will prepare you for this role and give you the tools to tackle any challenges that may arise during the mentoring process.
