A challenge to do something different from the curriculum led Sofia Estrela Santos, a 3rd year Product Design student, to take part in and win the screen printing competition organised by Maracujália, in partnership with ESAD.

The work presented was part of the exhibition of screen prints by leading designers which, curated by João Castro (Royal Studio), was on show in parallel with the Maracujália cultural movement, a musical event that took place on 27 April in all the rooms and spaces of Casa da Música in Porto.

Sofia Estrela Santos took advantage of the creativity tools provided by her Product Design degree to create something different and won ESAD's internal competition to represent the school with this serigraph at Maracujália.
