ESAD was visited by a delegation from Macao, made up of leaders from three design organisations in the country, the MPDA - Macau Poster Design Association, the Macau Creative Image Association and the Macau Overseas Design Student Association.

The visit was fruitful and served the purpose of assessing future international cooperation between ESAD and these organisations. ESAD's master's and postgraduate programmes were of particular interest to the delegation.

The visit was hosted by Professor Emanuel Barbosa, from the Communication Design degree programme and a member of ESAD's International Relations team.

The Macanese delegation included the president of the MPDA - Macau Poster Design Association, Hong Ka Lok, the director of the Macau Creative Image Association, Bob Wong, and the president of the Macau Overseas Design Student Association, Ronnie Chou.
