The projects Para Além do Espaço Físico – A Sintomatologia das Perturbações Mentais, developed by students Ana Macedo, Bárbara Gomes, Pedro Fonseca and Vítor Barbosa, and An Organized Chaotic Space - The Musical Process of Trout Mask Replica, by students Pedro Lobo, Miguel Howard, Carolina Feijó and Daniel Lopes, were selected to take part in DESIGN.S 2020, the 4th International Biennial of Student Design in Brno, Czech Republic.
The DESIGN.S 2020 biennial is addressed to students of design and related disciplines from different schools and countries. The selected works (prototypes, 3D models, information visualisation, posters) will be exhibited at the Technical Museum in Brno, from 23 June to 27 September 2020, and published in a catalogue.
The selected projects were developed within the framework of KYRT Space - Keep Your Radar Turning, a transversal project of the BA in Communication Design involving several modules, where students and lecturers reflect on themes which facilitate the promotion of citizenship.
Para Além do Espaço Físico was also one of the selected projects of the Porto Design Biennale Open Call, having been presented at Palacete dos Viscondes de Balsemão, in Porto, in October 2019.
