ESAD’s new communication platform is now available in beta.
comunicacao.esad.ptis the new portal for communications requests, resources and useful information on current initiatives.
The platform is for internal use only and is available exclusively to ESAD staff and teaching staff with institutional @esad.pt or @esadidea.pt accounts.
What is it for?
To centralise and organise communication requests relating to events, news, courses, initiatives, projects, publicity or other content being worked on by the Brand and Communication Unit.
The platform allows you to:
- submit communication requests;
- better structure briefings;
- gather essential materials and information;
- track the process;
- organise priorities;
- reduce scattered requests;
- access useful resources from ESAD’s brands.
When should I use it?
Whenever you need to communicate or propose the promotion of:
- events;
- courses;
- workshops;
- lectures;
- exhibitions;
- projects;
- news;
- awards or distinctions;
- partnerships;
- internal or external initiatives;
- content relevant to the ESAD community.
How does it work?
- Go to comunicacao.esad.pt.
- Log in with your institutional account @esad.pt or @esadidea.pt.
- Select the type of request.
- Fill in the briefing with the available information.
- Attach any useful materials, images, documents or links.
- Submit the request to the Brand and Communication Unit.
The more complete the request, the better we will be able to plan, prioritise and communicate.
What should I prepare before submitting?
When possible, please provide:
- name of the initiative;
- date, time and venue;
- brief description;
- organisers and contact details;
- target audience;
- supporting materials;
- images, videos or documents;
- relevant deadlines;
- specific communication requirements.
Why did we create this platform?
When we introduced the Brand and Communication Unit, we shared our focus: not to communicate more, but to communicate better.
For this to happen, we also need to communicate in a more methodical, clearer and less scattered way.
Communicating better begins even before publication.
It starts with the request, the briefing, the right information and at the right time.
Beta phase
This platform is in beta.
It can already be used, but it will continue to be tested, adjusted and improved based on actual usage.
We are counting on staff and colleagues to use, test and share suggestions.
Your feedback will be essential to making this tool simpler, more useful and aligned with the way ESAD works and communicates.
