Digital Arts and Multimedia students take part in an international audiovisual production project in Naples
Under the supervision of professor Carlos Amaral, Digital Arts and Multimedia students David Costa, Michal Wilk and Rafaela Sampaio took part in the BIP (Erasmus+) project Intra Historia – Voci del Mediterraneo, which took place in Naples and brought together students from higher education institutions in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Poland.
The initiative challenged international teams to develop short documentaries inspired by the host city, following every stage of the audiovisual production process: from research and development to editing and final presentation.
Organised by the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, the project encouraged collaborative work between students from different cultural and academic backgrounds and the exploration of narratives linked to the city’s tangible and intangible heritage. Participants developed projects centred on stories, memories and experiences of local daily life.
This year’s edition brought together students from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, the Szczecin Academy of Art, the Escuela de Arte de Fuerteventura and ESAD. The project will continue in future editions, with new activities planned in Poland and, subsequently, at ESAD.
