At this Open Day, you can explore projects carried out as part of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes, and learn about the processes, methodologies and ways of thinking that give rise to each piece of work.

The ESAD Communication Design Open Day stems from this approach to learning: it opens the course up to the community and invites people to step into the world of Communication Design at ESAD.

Straddling the analogue and digital worlds, learning takes place in specialised laboratories, in close contact with practising lecturers and guest designers, bringing students closer to professional practice from day one. 

The programme encourages students to develop their own creative identity, and this is reflected in the careers of many alumni who are now recognised figures in leading studios, agencies, cultural institutions and companies. 

ESAD’s Communication Design programme is a space for experimentation, practice and visual culture, where ideas take shape through projects, processes and real-world challenges.
