Participants explore film language, specific terminology for camera angles and the construction of visual narratives, as well as developing skills in character, perspective and set design. The programme includes content on structuring sequences, interpreting scripts, using reference tools and moodboards, as well as gestural and shorthand drawing techniques. On completion of the course, trainees will be prepared to apply the concepts learnt in personal and professional contexts.
