The UserFeel Workshop, led by Nicole Schumann-Sizaret, teach the students how to sense others in order to create and evoke experiences, sensations, and emotions - only through sensory and emotional clarity of self can one develop a specific sensory and emotional experience for others.

The UserFeel workshop develops somatic awareness that allows designers to gain first-person knowledge about person-product interaction, how people use and appreciate artefacts in different ways, how each of us interacts with a product uniquely and how this affects judgment concerning a product.

Nicole Schumann-Sizaret was born in Germany and has lived in Porto since 2010. She is a Brand Reveal partner and specializes in brand positioning and identity. Nicole is a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais® Awareness through Movement method and founder of Fluent, a multidisciplinary studio exploring the sensitivity and precision of movement with applications across creative disciplines. She developed together with Dirk Loyens (PhD) the UserFeel method to train designers and architects in human-object and human-space interaction.
