The UserFeel Workshop, led by Nicole Schumann-Sizaret, aims to teach students how to sense others in order to create and evoke experiences, sensations, and emotions - only through sensory and emotional clarity of self can one develop a specific sensory and emotional experience for others.

In this workshop, students learn to understand that, physically, each person has a uniqueness that is different from their own. Through first-person experience, the student discovers how body movement is connected to these singularities. The exercises are based on the Feldenkrais method and involve practical exercises, supported by theoretical content.

Nicole Schumann-Sizaret was born in Germany, but has been living in Porto since 2010. She is a partner at Brand Reveal, where she works as a brand identity consultant, a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais - Awareness Through Movement method, and founder of Fluent, a multidisciplinary project that explores the sensitivity and precision of movement. She developed the UserFeel concept to train designers and architects in human-object and human-space interaction.
