The Workshop Interior Photography, destined to 2nd grade students of the Interior Design MA of ESAD, works on the photographic record of interior spaces of the Quadra Marítima de Matosinhos.

It will be exploring two approaches, one more commercial and another one more artistic, of interiors such as Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, the old Ice Factory, the Câmara Municipal Matosinhos, Casa da Arquitectura (Architecture House), Biblioteca Florbela Espanca (Library Florbela Espanca), Casa da Juventude (Youth House) and Quinta de Santiago.

The final works will be shown at ESAD from 2nd to 19th December.

Inês D’Orey is graduated in Photography from the London College of Printing (2002) and in International Relations, Cultural and Political from the University of Minho (1999). Between 1999 and 2002 she held a scholarship at Centro Português de Fotografia. In 2007 she won the prize Novo Talento Fotografia FNAC (New Photographic Talent FNAC). She works as an independent photographer to private clients and public institutions. Her wok is usually published and exhibited in Portugal and aborad. She published in 2010 her first book, Mecanismo da Troca, and in 2011 her second book, Porto Interior. She makes part of Agência Dear Sir and is represented by Galeria Presença.
