As part of a project launched by the FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology, ESAD has developed the videos WomanArt, with the Centre for Humanistic Studies of the University of Minho, and Inclusive Courts, with the Centre for Research in Justice and Governance of the University of Minho.
Within the European Humanities Conference, research teams were challenged to make a presentation video to the public of the investigations’ activities, results and projects developed. FCT then contacted design, multimedia and audiovisual colleges to make those videos.
The European Humanities Conference will be held at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and is part of the European Humanities R&D Exhibition. It will take place from 5th to 7th May 2021, organised by FCT, UNESCO and CIPSH, in partnership with higher education institutions and R&D units from all over the country.
The ESAD video projects were made by students from the 3rd year of the Degree in Digital Arts and Multimedia, under the guidance of lecturers Alexandre Jacinto, Carlos Amaral, Marta Varzim, Tomé Quadros and Rui Caldas, as part of a partnership with FCT and the University of Minho.
