The AVA Royale Violin was honored with a iF Design Award 2018, one of the world's most prestigious design awards in the Product/Leisure category, among more than 6000 entries from 54 countries.

The violin developed by IDEIA.M for AVA received the recognition of the jury composed by 63 international experts, affirming itself by the innovative design and cutting-edge engineering in the construction of musical instruments.

The project was developed by António Rocha, as a student of the Master in Product Design, guided by the teachers Almiro Amorim and Jose Simões, as part of an internship at the company IDEIA.M.
