
As part of the first year curricular program from the Master Product Design, selected students participated in an international competition with [SMC BMC Design Awards 2017][1]. The briefing was to design new product solutions for furniture and lighting, using the SMC BCM material as a principle component.
Two students from the ESAD Masters Product Design have been selected for the SMC BMC Design Awards 2017: Aiste Bankauskaite and Ruben Silva. Ruben is invited to Stuttgart (Germany) to present his design in September, to the official [Award Ceremony][2], where the winner will be announced and the chance to win the Gold, Silver or Bronze Award.
