The exhibition Present Future, organized by MUDE - Museum of Design and Fashion, presents 38 contemporary proposals (objects, services and initiatives in the areas of product design, fashion design and graphic design) developed in Portugal by several collectives of authors, companies, educational institutions or research centers from north to south of the country that join this initiative as partners.
Among the 38 proposals on display are the coordinates of Mariana Campinho and Mariana Almeida, graduated in Fashion Design from ESAD.
Mariana Campinho, who attended the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2017, at the invitation of the ESNE partner school, with Tintex and ERT support, presents Manifesto, a collection that starts with the drawings of children from the Gaza Strip to build a coordinate that combines a heating/smart comfort system with the objective of creating a greater thermal comfort, combined with the application for smartphone, applied to the label, to access a documentary of sensibilization for this reality.
Mariana Almeida presents Momentum, coordinated winner at The Innovative Apparel Show, at Techtextil in Frankfurt, developed in partnership with Tintex and Heliotextil and inspired by the geometric lines of the Porto subway, which changes color depending on the temperature.
