Love Ceramic Tiles promoted among students in the 1st year of the degree in Communication Design a contest of ideas for the design and implementation of innovative projects suitable for ceramic coatings industry.

As part of this contest it was developed graphical modulations for large format ceramic tiles, according to the geometric themes high tech and urban.

The first award went to João Diogo Mesquita and honourable mentions to Fábio Miguel Ribeiro, Bárbara Morais de Matos e João Pedro Amaral.

The project was developed in an academic context by the classes 11AD and 12AD, within the course unit Fundamentos do Design.

The awards ceremony will take place on 1 June, at 12pm in the ESAD’s auditorium.
