The Young Creators Contest celebrates this year its 20th edition, an initiative of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport and the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth and the Portuguese Club of Arts and Ideas.

Ana Sousa, Tetrafoam, Rita Sá, Diz-Orientation, and Ana Sarmento, Under~water, all students of ESAD's Fashion Design Degree, are among the selected ones in the category Fashion.

The selected ones will be part of the Show Young Creators 2017 and its catalog. The contest maintains its objective of identifying talents of the new generation and of referring them in international shows, such as the Biennial of Young Creators of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (July, Portugal) or the Mediterranea 18 Young Artists Biennale (May, Italy and Albania).
