This is the third edition of the Contest Young Creators, promoted by i9Jovem - Association for Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with the purpose of spreading the emerging values in the fields of fashion and footwear design.

From the six participants from ESAD, two students were victorious: Joana Braga, with the 1st prize and Rita Sá, in second place. Joana Braga was rewarded with a trip to Milan and Rita Sá received a Voucher from Clickviaja. The award ceremony took place in June 3, at Lóios’ Convent Museum, in Santa Maria da Feira.

For this contest, i9Jovem suggested the development of an original design creation, providing students with the opportunity of presenting their creations in the fields of fashion and footwear design.

In the 2016 Edition, ESAD was also among the winners: Ana Eusébio was the great winner, receiving a financial prize of 500 euros. In 2015, the student Ricardo Garcia had also conquered 1st place.

The contest occurred regarding the Degree in Fashion Design, coordinated by Maria Gambina.
