The fourth issue of PLI arte & design magazine will be released in ESAD World Graphics Day on the 30th of April.

The theme for the magazine – Hot & Cool – evokes the current heat of discord and conflict and the cold associated with reaction, critic and pragmatic phenomena that characterise contemporary society in general and the field of art and design in particular. Tomás Maldonado, Fernando Brízio, Marco Balesteros, Robert Somol e Sarah Whiting, Ana Rainha, Maria Milano, Ana Medeiros, André Tentúgal or Tyler Johnson are some of its collaborators.

It is published by ESAD, edited by José Bártolo and Sérgio Afonso and art directed by Inês Nepomuceno.

The magazine will be released in Cine-Teatro Constantino Nery, at 5pm, by Joana Santos, vice-director of ESAD Matosinhos and José António Teixeira, president of RAR Imobiliária.
