The WOWWW project consists of creating showcases for some stores in Bombarda Shopping Center, as part of a challenge launched to a group of students of Window Dislay and Visual Merchandising, an optional degree in Interior Design coordinated by the glassmaker and teacher Regina Pine.
In order to value the stores involved and to provide students with a professional contact in a real context, WOWWW intends to stimulate the discussion about the importance of showcases as artistic spaces. Since 2015, Vitrinismo subject, in partnership with stores of the traditional trade, develops projects implemented in selected stores.
From May 22 until May 30, the 12 shop windows developed by the students will be visible to the general public, assuming the main purpose of window dressing, which is precisely to surprise, create memory and contribute to increased sales.
