To me, photography is the simultaneous recognition, in a fraction of a second, of the significance of an event as well as of a precise organization of forms, which gives that event its proper expression. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Instantes is a project of photography presented in class that involves the students of the 1st grade of ESAD’s curricular discipline Image Laboratory. It intends to orient the problematic of photography to the observation and to the relation between the intuitive and the rational.
The mural, created by the junction of the students’ works, presented to the proposal made on the class, is now on exhibition at Picotado – Design & Crafts, a place also boosted by an ex-student of the Master degree in Communication Design at ESAD, Daniela Pereira.
