In 1990 he founded the Henrique Cayatte Studio in Lisbon, where he has been working with a team of eleven people on cultural, education and scientific design, design for exhibitions, public spaces and accessibility, illustration and editorial production, signage and as a multi-discipline, multimedia and communication design advisor. Teacher and lecturer. Invited lecturer at Aveiro University. President of CPD - Portuguese Design Centre - (since July 2004) and member of the Board of BEDA (since March 2008). Member of the APD – Portuguese Association of Designers. Was member of the board of Icograda as the liaison of the Icograda’s 1995 Congress and General Assembly in Portugal.
