In its 14th edition, the FEST – Festival Novos Realizadores | Novo Cinema is an event that aims to create a space where new filmmakers can publicize their work and share knowledge and opportunities.

As part of a partnership with ESAD, FEST presents the event to the students, in a session that includes a masterclass on Cinema Distribution and the Importance of Festivals, a Q&A session with Fernando Vasquez and José Costa.

In parallel to the festival – which will take place from June 18 to 25 in Espinho – will also take place the FEST - Training Ground, that involves more than 30 activities, from masterclasses to debates, led by some of the most relevant personality of the film industry in Portugal, and the FEST - Pitiching Forum for the presentation of the projects, where a panel of top producers, talent agents and funders will be present.
