
The aim of the CTeSP in Food Product Communication Design is to train senior professional technicians in the areas of graphic design, packaging design and multimedia technologies for a variety of business and institutional contexts working in the production, distribution, dissemination and commercialisation of the food industry.
Gluttony! That state of exuberant gastronomic pleasure, the seduction of eager palates, the daring dance between insatiable appetite and the delight of the senses. Under the command of an astute chef, the ingredients of indulgence can be further manipulated, transforming simple meals into a deeply epic banqueting atmosphere. These moments, made up of breezes of tantalising aromas, allow unusual flavours to dance with our taste buds to create an intoxicating sensory symphony. This art of seduction at the table conspires with textures that caress the palate, transforming each bite into a divine moment without limits, a challenge to diets and the brakes on appetites, the various appetites.
A succulent, creamy and ecstatic palette constitutes the culinary journey with its own explosion of flavours. It is in this magic that satisfaction should not be lost in voracity but found in the harmony of flavours, in the veneration of moderation, in an appreciation of nuances without succumbing to too much. And so it is with design, the search for simplicity, balance and detail, without being carried away by excess.
