The Master's in Product Design students developed project proposals with Aloft, a technical footwear manufacturer, with commercial consultancy from Decathlon Portugal, to design a new generation of footwear with sustainable incentives.

With over two decades of manufacturing experience, Aloft collaborates with several international brands, including Decathlon. During the development of the proposals, the companies provided commercial and technical input, supporting and guiding the students' work. This project proposal was developed between the coordinators of the MA Degree in Product Design and Aloft's design manager, José Correia.

Working closely with industry is part of the Master's in Product Design learning experience.
