Consoveyo, a company specializing in the design and construction of automated systems and innovative equipment, challenged the 3rd year students of the Degree in Interior Design to project a digital room at the company's facilities located in Maia. The goal would be to turn a completely empty room into an interactive work space, adapted to the brainstorming sessions of Consoveyo and its partners.
Students were given the following instructions: all furniture should be portable, there could be no conventional desks or counters, the space should be suitable for the use of technological products (such as HoloLens or 3D printers) and the walls should be free to draw and write.
All the projects were developed by the students with the coordination of Rui Canela, within the scope of the curricular unit of Digital Laboratory. Consoveyo selected the work of the student Oksana Andrejeva, who is now collaborating with the company in the implementation of the project in space.
