Within the current depression context, from the design field arise frequently projects that, for its resilience and nonconformity, became ideological reactions to the crisis.

They are, in many cases, projects that have an enterprising spirit, linked to self-production, DIY procedures increasingly autonomous in relation to traditional forms of production. To what extent the design can generate an alternative context of production and market? What is the ethical and political dimension of these projects? How the design has being creating a creative economy.

The May edition of CLUBE ADDICT is dedicated to Design. Organized by ESAD and ADDICT, this edition will discuss more specifically the Enthusiasm, with the participation of Guta Moura Guedes, director of Experimentadesign; Paolo Deganello, Designer and Professor of ESAD, José Bártolo, Editor of the PLI magazine and Professor at ESAD, and Maria Milano, Architect and Coordinator of the Master in Interior Design of ESAD.
