Starting from Borders - theme of the 10th Typography Meeting - and based on all the political implication associated with it, students of the Degree in Communication Design, under the discipline Design Introduction, develop a typography workshop with moving characters.

The graphic designer, when filling a page of a freely executed publication, has the power to decide whether to do it as a mere typographic exercise or if it instills meaning and content. For this reason, a public manifesto will be developed on the * Borders * as a frontier; through the study of these same * Borders *, while margins a page; so that the technical and psychological exploitation of the * Borders, as limits, is possible. The result of joining these loose ends will be sewn in book form and exposed.

The workshop is guided by Joana Monteiro, of the Clube dos Tipos.
