Fernando Branças, a second year Communication Design Degree's student, is working on a typographic composition for the main building of Maia's Municipal Electricity, Water and Sanitation Services (SMEAS).

The composition, under the theme Maia – Aqua Pura, will be printed on a canvas with 43 meters long and 8 meters high and will be installed in the gable facing the Metro Station Parque Maia.

This public action aims to raise the awareness of the community on the importance of water resources. The project is coordinated by the ESAD lecturer Elias Marques as it is the result of a partnership with SMEAS Maia.
