Podcasts bring efficiency and flexibility to any organisation's communication strategy, whether internal or external. As marketing content, it is used to attract, involve and retain an audience through creation and sharing, promoting brand awareness among consumers. In this context, design plays an extremely important role, being decisive in terms of image, communication and brand consolidation.

Alexandra Lello has a degree in Tourism Business Management and a postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Economics and Management and is certified in Digital Marketing. She has hosted several conferences on digital marketing and is also an author, producer and voice-over for podcasts, radio programmes, among other activities associated with marketing, the media and digital entrepreneurship. She has also been involved in tourism, particularly in the hotel industry and in the Tourism Division of Porto City Council, where she was responsible for local, national and international initiatives to promote the city of Porto. She also worked in the pharmaceutical industry, where she served as General Manager. As co-founder of Widecom . Interactive Communication, she was part of several projects, including Veep Rádio, Quinta a Fundo and Zeeko . Podcast Creative Agency.

The conference will take place on 28 November at 10:30 in the ESAD auditorium, as part of the Blue Design Alliance.
