Organized by the ESAD's Department of Product Design, the 2014 edition of ESAD's Product Design Week is based on the workshop FUTURE FORMS… The Shape Around Technology, oriented by Werner Engels.

Werner Engels is currently retired at 70 and leaves a wake of design experience behind him. Born in Austria, Werner has worked in several companies around Europe, including Grundig A.G. where he worked for over 30 years. Werner's professional focus was with product design, where we will see some of the innovations he was involved. In addition, Werner will exposes some other personal passions not only in design, but also in painting, jewellery and sculpture.
